About me
Hey, I’m Kamila PÅ‚ochocka
I have been process oriented since my very first job, serving coffee, through customer support all the way to managing operations of a sales team in a big IT company. I worked for OVHcloud, Stileo, TranslateMedia or Alcatel. I specialize in working with sales and customer support teams. I swear by efficiency, so that I can close my laptop knowing that I achieved something at the end of a workday.
Mission
I believe that we are able to work less without sacrificing profits or growth. It is much easier (and more enjoyable) to conquer the world in an organized company.
Vision
Supporting companies in transitioning to a 4-day work week, and building committed teams that enjoy what they do, on and off the clock.
Strengths
are our natural talents, so that we can sometimes tell “that’s the right person in the right place!”. My talents according to the Clifton Strengths Finder test (commonly known as the Gallup test) are:
1. Maximizer
I focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. I like to transform something strong into something excellent. I help develop maximum potential.
2. Individualization
While some people are looking for the perfect group “structure” or “process,” for me the secret lies in assigning everyone a role where they can do mostly what works best for them, achieve flow.
3. Relator
Authenticity allows me to build close, long-term relationships that foster trust. I value friendships and a respectful and open approach to people is important to me. I listen, I discover, I support.
4. Strategic
I detect unusual configurations and notice new trends in data or factual information. I am not interested in repeating what has worked in the past.
5. Futuristic
I like to look beyond the horizon, I am fascinated by the future. A better product, a better functioning team of people, a better life, or a better world – they are always a huge inspiration to me.
What does cooperation look like?
1. Discovery call
You tell me about where you want to be in the future, and what is holding you back. Together we look for bottlenecks and the first diagnosis.
2. Quote + offer
We agree on a specific time and scope of consultation, and we apply measurable criteria for success.
3. Contract + invoice
Signing a contract and issuing an invoice (one-time or recurring, depending on the scope of cooperation).
4. Analysis
I get to know your team more thoroughly, analyze both strengths and weaknesses, ask questions, dig in.
5. Plan
I prepare an action plan consisting of my support as well as tasks to do on your own.
6. Implementation
We work to develop best practices so that you not only achieve your goals at the end of the contract, but also implement real change that you will be able to carry on already on your own.
FAQ
How long does the cooperation last?
Together we set the goals and scope of support, I work according to the SMART principle, so that the goals are always measurable and have a specific deadline for completion. The scope will determine the time we spend on implementations.
How to prepare for the first meeting?
Before the meeting, you will receive a survey and a list of questions. It is not necessary to know the answers to all of them, but it is useful to think about the topics covered in the survey. During the meeting, we will discuss the survey and deepen the selected topics.
Is there a fee for the first meeting?
The first meeting is free of charge because I’m dedicated to making sure I’m the right growth partner for you. It’s a time for both you and me to talk about needs and possibilities, not specific solutions.
What does the name Zurito mean?
The word Zurito comes from the Basque language, in northern Spain, and means “small beer.” I really like both the sound of the word and the metaphor behind it – after all, processes are often treated by us as just such a bother, a small problem compared to other tasks.
