I am Kamila - I will help you to consciously build your position in the team.
Without pretense, playing games or politics.
I know what burnout looks like
You know that feeling when you know you’re good at what you do, you have a plan and enthusiasm, but everything seems to get in the way?
After three months of restless nights spent worrying about results, reports and meetings, I decided that something had to change. I began to analyze how I work and what I take responsibility for.
The conclusions were clear – the lack of hygiene at work was affecting not only me, but also my private life.

Now I'm helping other leaders
I share proven ways to reengineer work, communicate better and manage effectively – both teams and yourself.
Working with me is a chance to streamline processes that will allow you to not only regain control of your daily responsibilities, but also feel that your work is more efficient and satisfying.
Together we can create an environment where success goes hand in hand with balance and mental health.
My talents according to the Clifton Strengths Finder test (commonly known as the Gallup test) are:
1. Maximizer
I focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. I like to transform something strong into something excellent. I help develop maximum potential.
2. Individualization
While some people are looking for the perfect group “structure” or “process,” for me the secret lies in assigning everyone a role where they can do mostly what works best for them, achieve flow.
3. Relator
Authenticity allows me to build close, long-term relationships that foster trust. I value friendships and a respectful and open approach to people is important to me. I listen, I discover, I support.
4. Strategic
I detect unusual configurations and notice new trends in data or factual information. I am not interested in repeating what has worked in the past.
5. Futuristic
I like to look beyond the horizon, I am fascinated by the future. A better product, a better functioning team of people, a better life, or a better world – they are always a huge inspiration to me.
FAQ
How long does the cooperation last?
Together we set the goals and scope of support, I work according to the SMART principle, so that the goals are always measurable and have a specific deadline for completion. The scope will determine the time we spend on implementations.
How to prepare for the first meeting?
Before the meeting, you will receive a survey and a list of questions. It is not necessary to know the answers to all of them, but it is useful to think about the topics covered in the survey. During the meeting, we will discuss the survey and deepen the selected topics.
Is there a fee for the first meeting?
The first meeting is free of charge because I’m dedicated to making sure I’m the right growth partner for you. It’s a time for both you and me to talk about needs and possibilities, not specific solutions.
What does the name Zurito mean?
The word Zurito comes from the Basque language, in northern Spain, and means “small beer.” I really like both the sound of the word and the metaphor behind it – after all, processes are often treated by us as just such a bother, a small problem compared to other tasks.
